As a Sacramento restaurant owner celebrates her one-year anniversary, her customers celebrate her deliciously cool gelato as the heat continues to rise. Stefania Zerbinati opened Eatuscany in midtown Sacramento where she showcases her masterful gelato.
"It's not simple," Zerbinati said. "I made my school in gelato in Ravigo, in North of Italy." Yes, school of gelato. For six months, Zerbinati studied only, "gelato, gelato, gelato." Two years ago, she and her husband and children moved to Cameron Park.
