An Italian-inspired restaurant that will hearken back to the sweet life portrayed in Fellini films is set to open this fall in The Joule hotel downtown.

Replacing the former Charlie Palmer steakhouse, Americano will aim to combine the feel of a social – with tables and chairs easily clustered together – with a chef-driven menu.
