Nova Restaurant Group is building a two-part eatery in a new development in Rochester. The project is going into the H3 Plaza, a seven-story building in the city's downtown. Titan Development and Investments is constructing the $17 million complex, according to the Rochester Post-Bulletin.

Nova's new concept will include a ground-level Italian restaurant, Terza, and an as-yet-unnamed companion bar on the rooftop with 280-degree views of the city, said Shea">David Shea, founder of the design firm tasked with the project, Minneapolis-based Shea Inc.
