Later this Spring, Skipolini's Italian, an award-winning, Bay-area restaurant, will be joining The Summit community. Skipolini's will be bringing a 41-year, award-winning, reputation to The Summit, in the building just south of BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. The menu at Skipolini's Italian will feature pizzas, pastas and other classic Italian entrees in a sit-down setting.
Some fifty employees will be hired to cater to the restaurant's indoor and outdoor seating and provide a warm, family atmosphere. The Reno location will also feature an authentic bicycle-driven gelato cart, currently being built in Italy. There will be an assortment of toys and other activities for younger patrons, too.
