A slice-above-the-rest, Posto, Boston Neapolitan wood-fired pizzeria, is ranked the 10th best pizzeria in the U.S, according to a Big7Travel report. The Boston-based pizzeria’s savory Italian-imported ingredients, “finest ’00′ flour” and the flavorful “San Marzano tomatoes,” helped secure it’s No. 10 spot on the extensive “50 best pizzas from every state in the country” list.
Posto features an extensive menu full of enticing Italian cuisine from handmade pasta to grilled fish and poultry. “You can smell the oven as soon as you walk in the door which makes your choice very easy,” said Big7Travel writer Sara Clayton-Lea. Posto’s wood-burning oven allows the pizzeria to cook pizza at an excess of 800 degrees, attributing to the crisp texture and crunchy bite.
