While a few new restaurants have opened in the region recently, one stands out for being a delivery meal service specializing in lasagna. Christian Stratford and Drew Baxter plan to open their new Beradi's Italian Cucina by the end of April. “Our lasagna is pretty consistently amazing,” Stratford said. “There are a lot of really good Italian dishes that are not that hard to deliver.”
Baxter and Stratford also plan to cater at events like weddings. In the meantime, their restaurant will specialize in lasagna that comes with spicy corn and “Chicken Beradi.” Eventually they'll add more dishes to their menu. The pasta will be made fresh and with three different kinds of pasta offered: garlic, spicy and classic.
