The West Village just got a new Italian food option as Saint Theo's opened Thursday in the neighborhood at 340 Bleecker Street, between West 10th and Christopher Streets. The new coastal-Italian-inspired eatery from restaurateur Kyle Hotchkiss Carone offers a menu that highlights seafood, homemade pasta, and seasonal ingredients.
The 110-seat space comes equipped with a dining room, bar, lounge, and a mix of vintage and modern design features. Saint Theo's will be open from Tuesday to Sunday for dinner from 5 to 11 p.m. Entrees on the restaurant's dinner menu include a branzino, filet, lamb chops, Dover sole, and cuttlefish. You can check out the full menu here.
