If you can't tell it's fall by the 90-degree weather, just step into a grocery store for sure signs of the change of season. Many food companies and stores themselves are filling the shelves with autumnal flavors. Biscotti baker Nonni's has introduced two perfect-for-dipping-in-your-coffee limited-edition holiday flavors, and is bringing back two others.
Back for an encore: Pumpkin spice and gingerbread. New this year: Carmel apple and cranberry cioccolati. Nonni's website says the dunking cookie came from an Italian tradition. In the town of Lucca, Italy, Nonni (a term of endearment for "grandma") made biscotti to share with family and friends.
