Bellini’s Italian Eatery, closed since early January in preparation for a move to a nearby retail and office campus, reopens Tuesday with a soldout charity cocktail reception and Wednesday for regular dining. The new Bellini’s, at 10-01 Vista Blvd., is about half a mile from the original, which operated for 21 years in a Price Chopper plaza at 1365 New Scotland Road in Slingerslands, NY.
The space debuting this week, occupied by the bistro Roux for almost eight years until closing last fall, is larger, at 3,000 square feet, offering about 50 more seats between inside and patio tables, according to Joe Marrello, owner of the Latham-based Marrello Restaurant Concepts.
