The Mediterranean-themed, rustic-modern restaurant is the work of Toronto restaurateurs Paula and Fernando Esteves. This is their first Arizona venture, but the duo is well known in Canada for their landmark Spuntini Ristorante, which debuted nearly 25 years ago in Yorkville, a district in Toronto.
