Owners of a University City Loop pizza restaurant have announced that they are transforming it into a classic Italian restaurant. Mike and Liz Randolph are reinventing The Good Pie at 6665 Delmar Blvd. into Randolfi's, an Italian restaurant that will honor the family's culinary lineage from Southern Italy.
The new restaurant, which is expected to open in August, will include a menu with some of the Good Pie's pizza offerings as well as the addition of antipasti starters, homemade pastas and oven-roasted entrees.
