Jester Concepts, the creators and owners of Borough, Coup d'Etat and Marche in Minneapolis, is taking over the old Porter and Frye space in the Hotel Ivy in downtown Minneapolis.
The team will open a coastal Italian-themed restaurant and have hired James Beard Award semifinalist Mike DeCamp, who has been chef de cuisine at La Belle Vie for eight years, to head the kitchen. Michelle Massey, most recently of Bachelor Farmer, will be the general manager.
