River City Casino & Hotel today announced the opening of its newest dining experience, Cibare Italian Kitchen. Cibare features classic Italian recipes, Neopolitan-style pizza baked in a Wood Stone hearth oven, along with an Italian bakery and coffee shop. River City opened Asia Noodles, an authentic Vietnamese and Pan-Asian restaurant, Sept. 22.

"We named our restaurant Cibare to capture the essence of family dinners where everyone is nourished by the food and lavished in personal attention," said Chris Plant, vice president and general manager. "Everything about Cibare, from the freshly baked breads and hand-crafted pastas, to the aroma and warmth radiating from our massive six-foot Wood Stone hearth oven, comes together to bring our guests a taste of the Mediterranean for a truly authentic dining experience."
