The acclaimed proprietors of Restaurant Olivia, lauded by the Michelin Guide and celebrated as one of Denver’s premier dining destinations, have announced their latest venture, Emilia. Nestled in Denver’s River North District in a 3,700-square-foot space on the ground floor of The Current — a 12-story office development currently under construction — Emilia is anticipated to open in 2025.
“We are delighted to welcome the creators of Restaurant Olivia, renowned as a culinary destination in Denver, to The Current,” shared Doug Zabel, regional investment partner at Schnitzer West, the real estate investment company that developed The Current.
