A new Italian restaurant from prominent Twin Cities chef Brian Ingram opened this week in Minneapolis' North Loop. Salt & Flour is the latest addition to the mixed-use North Loop Green development, which consists of two towers across from Target Field.
Hines, the Texas-based real estate investment, development and management firm behind North Loop Green, completed construction on the project earlier this year. Salt & Flour is the last of three restaurants to open in the development, joining the café Bassett Hound, which opened this summer, and Ingram's fast-growing Twin Cities brunch chain Hope Breakfast Bar, which opened late last month.
