It’s that time of the year for holiday goodies. Mauro Farms Bakery in Pueblo is getting in the spirit as they’re busy baking Italian favorites. The treats include Italian wedding cookies, honey ribbon cookies, holiday candies and of course potica bread.
Some families in the area have come to the bakery for 50 years looking for just the right treat for the holidays. “The tradition that has been carried on from those families that started, even to now, we look at our customers more like family,” said Carla Houghton, Baker at Mauro Farms.
