A new wine bar and Italian bistro has opened for business in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Baker, called Postino, can be found at 145 N. Broadway. Postino, which also has locations in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, specializes in Italian-inspired cuisine and wine. On the menu, expect to see items like olives, chicken skewers, meat and cheese boards, salads, panini sandwiches and a variety of bruschetta options.
Postino has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 12 reviews on Yelp. Kat R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new restaurant on Nov. 3, wrote, "The atmosphere is perfect for a date or catching up with friends. We got the bruschetta board and each one was delicious."
