Learn how the Gorgonzola cheese is made from the family that has been crafting it for over 100 years: the Costa family. Founded in 1919 by the far-sighted Mario Costa, the small diary perfected a sweet and creamy "dolce" Gorgonzola, that was awarded the highest honor at the Mostra Casearia in Milan in 1924.
