Aldo Campo, one of the Rome's top restaurateurs, opened Taste of Sicily, a brilliant restaurant featuring authentic Italian food and desserts at 6600 S Quebec St in Centennial, CO. To complete his visionary team and develop the original concept, Campo hired Chef Salvo Pavone, who has worked at some of the best restaurants in Italy and Sicily.
Throughout the space, he inspires traditional Sicilian design with casual and inviting elements. "The authentic surroundings set the stage for a truly European experience," says Campo, who has owned other restaurants in Rome. Chef Pavone, who has earned respect for his extraordinary cuisine, makes traditional Sicilian food such as Sicilia Ti Amo, Caponata, and his signature dish, Taste of Sicily.
