Join NOIAW's Connecticut region for a celebration of International Women's Day, called Festa della Donna in Italy. Traditionally, men give women mimosa flowers on this day. Rather than give you mimosa flowers, we will give you a mimosa drink!

Learn the lost art of hand making ravioli. This is a hands-on class, where everyone will make 3 different types of ravioli: 4-cheese ravioli with pomodoro sauce, mushroom ravioli with light cream sauce, and butternut squash ravioli with butter sage sauce. You will eat, but also take home what you make. Dessert will be lemon gelato and cappuccino.
