A relief effort for the victims of the Italian earthquake is already being started in Cranston by Chef Walter Potenza. "It makes you very uneasy. You can't go back to your own home. Just to think, someone died this morning," Potenza said.

Chef Walter is offering Bucatini Amatriciana -- a dish created in the town at the epicenter of the quake. It's served with bucatini pasta and fresh tomato, smoked pork jowl, sweet onion, white wine and a little chili. "Every sale, we take five dollars off and put the money toward the relief fund," Potenza said. The money will go directly to the Italian Red Cross, and you can also donate and join the effort on ChefWalter.com.
