A trio of Italian restaurants with a connection to a rapidly-growing chain of modern American dining spots will be expanding to a fourth location in the western suburbs of Boston.
According to a Food for Thought segment with Billy Costa that was recently on WBZ 1030, a new outlet of Evviva Trattoria is being planned for Maynard, with the restaurant joining other locations in Marlborough, Westford, and Wrentham. In the segment, Costa is told that the new spot could be opening sometime this fall.
