Meet Steve DiFillippo, restaurateur and owner of Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse in Boston and Patriot Place in Foxborough. He's been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, was inducted into the Massachusetts Restaurant Hall of Fame in 2008 and awarded Restaurateur of the Year in 2014. Want to know a more about him? 1. He was born in Springfield and lived there when he was a kid. "I was born at Mercy Hospital and grew up in Sixteen Acres. We stayed there until I was 7-years-old then we moved to Lynnfield. I went to Cambridge School of Culinary Arts after graduating from Boston University."
