
Looking less vacant by the week, Ridgefield's downtown is preparing to welcome a new restaurant. Brick House Wood Fired Pizza Kitchen & Bar has announced it is will be opening this spring at 632 Danbury Road, the former Subway storefront on Route 7. The announcement came by way of the Facebook page of Brick House's sister establishment, Tivoli Pizza and Trattoria in Danbury.
The Ridgefield eatery will be serving "traditional Napolitana style wood fired pizza and modern Italian dishes with a South American twist." In addition to traditional libations, the bar will be offering " a variety of the world famous Brazilian Caipirinha drink.," according to the announcement.
