
After all the slicing and dicing, frying and sautéing, plating and tasting, Volturno sous chef Tim Russo was crowned Worcester's Best Chef on Sunday evening.
He and two other judge favorites competed in an Iron-Chef style challenge as part of the 8th annual competition that draws the best chefs from the region to showcase their talents before a crowd of more than 1,100 foodies.
