Tucked inside NYC’s Columbus Circle, Bad Roman is the city’s buzziest new Italian restaurant — to say it’s exceedingly “Instagrammable” would be an understatement. Upon walking past the glowing, neon-red entrance sign, a wild boar statue sits prominently on a pedestal behind the check-in desk.
The main dining area, styled by GRT Architects, is decked out in maximalist motifs: wavy light fixtures with spherical bulbs attached, orange banquettes, droopy lush greenery, mosaic accents, plus a marble bar front kitted out in a pattern of brownish-orange and light-green.
