After enjoying a great success with their Clinton Hill pizzeria Emily in Brooklyn, Matt and Emily Hyland have announced their plans to stretch their feet and expand with a new shop called Emmy Squared. Emmy Squared, which will be a bar and pizzeria specializing in Italian-American sandwiches and pan pizza, will be located in an old Subway, merely three stores away from the existing shop.
Announcing the plans, Emily said, "In this general area, there's not a go-to delivery spot. As our restaurant has evolved over time, there's seemed to be a demand for that. We want to be that really awesome, high-quality pizza to go, as well as a place to get your sandwiches or drink a beer and watch the game."
