A new restaurant in Manhattan’s Flatiron District will treat diners to a menu voyaging through Italy’s most celebrated regions. Carlotto, at 100 E 19th Street, opens next to its sibling restaurant, Oceans, which serves a globally inspired seafood menu. Carlotto, named for the owners’ family matriarch, servies house made pastas, cocktails, and an impressive wine program.
“For over four decades, Toptable Group has defined elegant yet approachable dining through the passion and commitment of our award-winning chefs, wine directors, dedicated staff, and talented design team at Rockwell Group,” said Michael Doyle, President of Toptable Group, which operates Carlotto and Oceans.
