Maria Buonsante likes Mondays rather much these days. That's when compliments from weekend parties roll in from patrons of Belvedere Club, the members-only dining and catering operation that she and business partner Stefano Sena run at Casa Belvedere in Grymes Hill.
"It's gaining momentum," said Chef Sena of the Belvedere Club project. Buonsante and Sena run the Italian cultural facility's food program, open to its members. With the mansion's sweeping Verrazano Narrows bridge and channel views, it is certainly not the routine restaurant life of Bocelli.
