Those without the time for sit-down Italian food have a new option which will rove across the City of Buffalo. Chef's Italian Restaurant rolled out their large food truck on Wednesday with the help of several local celebrities, including former Buffalo Bills Lou Piccone, Joe Delamielleure and former Buffalo Sabre Rene Robert.
The family owned restaurant says they're going to feature special sandwiches along with some Italian staples, including salad, soup, spaghetti, eggplant and chicken parm, meatball, sausage and chicken cutlet sandwiches, stuffed shells and more. The menu includes gluten-free offerings and promises to provide a unique food experience.
