Sarà il 26enne chef italiano alla corte di Re Ducasse, infatti, a portare la bandiera del made in Italy oltreoceano con il progetto Grana Padano. Taglio Sartoriale – New Generation, che si svolgerà durante l'edizione Newyorkese di Identità Golose.
