A new development coming to The Ridge Marketplace shopping plaza will include an Italian restaurant and added retail spaces. Evviva Trattoria is a Massachusetts-based sister restaurant chain to 110 Grill, a restaurant already located at The Ridge. The new restaurant describes itself as offering modern Italian food in a casual atmosphere.

Wayne Morrill, representing Jones and Beach Engineers Inc., represented the developers of The Ridge, Waterstone Properties Group, and presented plans to the city's Planning Board, which approved the project Monday night.
