My job as a contributing writer to The Citizen is to accurately convey the tastes, textures, smells, presentation and healthiness of food eaten at local restaurants here in Auburn. I do enjoy this, as I was raised in an Italian/Native American family that placed the highest of value on food(s) and the total dining experience.
That is why I am so thankful to work in Auburn, where there are so many great restaurants where I share with you all my dining experiences.
