Saying that New York has no shortage of Italian restaurants is hardly a surprise to anyone who knows even a little about the city’s food scene. I think most are overpriced and unforgettable when it comes to food and drinks—let’s not even discuss their lack of buzz or scene.
Now, let’s talk about Aperitivo. This is a new Italian spot (or Italian-American if you will) that has it all, at least in my book: fantastic food, a gorgeous design, standout bar lineup, and a vibrant atmosphere.
