Mark returns to the Wine Bar! And, late last year, Mark Graham returns as executive chef to MezzaNotte, where he helmed the kitchen from 2008 to 2012! Somehow, in the 18 years since the Boston native left California to cook his way around the Capital Region, I've never eaten his food.
