Michelin-Starred Italian Eatery Carbone Won’t Open in Dallas Until 2021

The much-anticipated debut of New York City Italian restaurant Carbone, which boasts a Michelin star pedigree, won’t be happening in 2020 as expected.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the restaurant was originally expected to open its doors in the Dallas Design District on December 1, but that timeline has officially been pushed back to April 2021 as the COVID-19 pandemic rages on.
