The pizza scene near Flower Mound gets a new slice with Bay 34th Pizzeria, a newly opened restaurant serving New York-style pizza from a former Big Apple resident. Tim Ajro has been in the pizza business for decades and worked at Italian restaurants in New York while he was growing up.
He and his wife Gina also had a few places in Wichita Falls. They have pizza outlets here in North Texas, but this is their first stand-alone restaurant in the area, Gina says. "We have places in Oklahoma and in Plano, but those are in malls, inside the food courts," she says.
