
Clique will open Bottiglia Ristroante and Enoteca on April 20, a restaurant focused on its herb-friendly Italian cuisine, robust wine selection, and breathtaking ambiance. The kitchen, helmed by acclaimed chef Brian Massie, will pride itself on savory and approachable cuisine, from crisp salads and antipastos, to fresh seafood and open-range meats.
The Tuscan-style food will also feature house-made pastas prepared with a delicate touch, including the house specialty of Papperdella Bolognese, a mouthwatering marriage of braised short ribs, truffle ricotta, and piquillo pepper gravy.
