The king salmon fillet, Asiago cheese risotto and carrots is one of the most popular menu items at Luciano's, a local restaurant serving both French and Italian cuisine. In August, Luciano's received recognition in an online article, "10 Italian Restaurants in Nevada That'll Make Your Taste Buds Explode," at www.OnlyInYourState.com. The author, Jennifer Young, wrote that Luciano's is "a hidden gem."
Luc and Erin Gerber have owned and operated Luciano's, located at 351 Silver St., since October 2010 — they recently celebrate the restaurant's fifth year. "We do our best to cook great food," Luc Gerber said.
