
Chef Pier Antonio Micheli and his wife, Stephanie Micheli, have opened Le Nonne Hawaii, a new Italian restaurant in the Kapolei Marketplace at 590 Farrington Hawaii.
Micheli, a native of Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany, says Italian cooking is in his blood. His recipes also are backed by experience, with 17 restaurants under his belt.
