Southern Italian eatery Tinello has a new name. After receiving a cease and desist order from a restaurant named Il Tinello in New York, the ten-month-old spot is now called Radici. That's the Italian word for "roots."
As Eater reported earlier this year, owner Rudy LaValle turned to Kickstarter to help pay for the Pioneer Square restaurant's rebranding efforts. Radici raised almost $4,000 more than its $15,000 goal.
