With so many new restaurants constantly opening up on the Las Vegas Strip, it's all to easy to overlook some real gems that are located just off The Strip. The upscale Red Rock Casino Resort in nearby Summerlin has quietly overhauled its restaurant offerings over the last couple of years.
Now then casino has just opened up a dynamite new eatery called Salute Trattoria Italiana, which serves Italian cuisine so authentic that you'll feel as though you've been transported to Naples. Salute comes from the mind of acclaimed chef Luciano Sautto, who was inspired by the traditional cuisine he grew up on as he comes from a family of restauranteurs in southern Italy.
