One the best Las Vegas restaurants of 2015 was without a doubt chef Tony Gemignani's Little Tony's at the Palace Station hotel. Nobody makes a gourmet pie like the award-winning Gemignani does, and after the massive success of his Pizza Rock restaurant in Downtown Las Vegas, Gemignani has turned his attention to creating a classic pizzeria and Italian Trattoria in the heart of Sin City.
Gemignani has made a name for himself in the culinary world after the massive success of his first restaurant, Tony's Pizza Napoletana, which opened in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood in 2009. Since that time, he's gone on to open 10 acclaimed pizzerias around the country, with Pizza Rock opening in Las Vegas in 2013.
