
Dr. Robert Leonard, chief surgeon and founder of Newton-based Leonard Hair Transplant Associates, was recently honored by the Italian Society for Hair Science during its 20th anniversary conference held April 17, 2016 in Florence, Italy. Dr. Leonard was awarded for his work in education in the field of hair restoration and science.
Dr. Leonard and Dr. Matthew Lopresti of Leonard Hair Transplant Associates attended the weekend-long conference at the Grand Hotel Baglioni, located in the Piazza dell'Unita Italiana in Florence, Italy. The conference featured dozens of Italy's foremost experts in the field of hair science. The Italian Society for Hair Science is one of the largest organizations of its kind in Europe, and promotes research, education and information of pathology and physiology of the hair and scalp.
