Italian gelato once again serves as a role model in the world. Yesterday came the official announcement: the multinational group Unilever has chosen to invest in a company that in the past years has emerged for quality, innovation and strategy. Yes, it's Grom, an Italian gelato maker that has risen to success thanks to a product made of natural ingredients, organic produce and the use of controlled raw materials to make a product "like once upon a time."
The simple and genuine recipe has led Grom to open gelato shops in several top venues – from Malibu to Hollywood, from New York to Osaka and Paris, from Jakarta to Dubai.
