
The Sons of Italy Foundation® (SIF), the philanthropic arm of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America® (OSDIA), is proud to announce its officers and trustees for the 2025–2027 term, following elections held at the SIF meeting during the OSDIA 59th Biennial National Convention in Orlando, Florida.
OSDIA Past National President Comm. Joseph Sciame will continue his distinguished service as President of the Sons of Italy Foundation, a role he has held since 2019. Joining him in leadership are: SIF Chairman- Comm. Thomas A. Lupo; SIF Vice President- Kevin A. Caira; SIF Vice Chairman- Michael G. Polo; SIF Financial Secretary- Biagio J. Isgro, Jr.; SIF Treasurer- Louis R. Santoro; SIF Secretary- Lynn Lawrence-Murphy.
The new officers and trustees bring a wealth of experience, leadership and dedication to advancing the mission of the SIF, which has raised tens of millions of dollars to support scholarships, medical research, disaster relief, veterans’ causes and cultural preservation.
“We are honored to welcome this new board of officers and trustees, who will guide the Foundation in continuing its proud legacy of service, charity and commitment to Italian American heritage,” said Comm. Sciame.
