Seemingly indefatigable chef-restaurateur Fabio Viviani cuts to the chase in his latest cookbook, “Fabio’s 30-Minute Italian” (St. Martin’s Press). This just-released volume encompasses more than 100 quick and easy Italian recipes “perfect for busy families and emerging cooks.”
Born and raised in Italy, Viviani currently calls Chicago home. He is nationally recognized as a fan favorite on Bravo’s “Top Chef.” Viviani has some 17 (and growing) restaurants, including the celebrated Siena Tavern in Chicago, two wineries and best-selling cookbooks. The chef demonstrates how his recipes are geared for busy cooks, both experienced and novice.
