Auguri to NIAF Member Joanne Mosconi for publishing her new cookbook The Chef of Greenwich Village, which tells father’s story and recipes. When her father Chef Pietro, owner of Monte’s and Villa Mosconi restaurants in Lower Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood, had a heart attack in April 2015, Mosconi promised God that if he survived that she would return to NYC to learn all his recipes.
