If you’re a fan of the classic Aperol spritz, wait until you see what Eataly Las Vegas has in store for you this spring and summer. A form of the spritz first came into being in the 1800s, evolving until it reached today’s form, with an amaro, sparkling white wine and soda water. But by adjusting for other spirits, there’s incredible flexibility in flavors, which is what you’ll see in the light beverages in Eataly during the Spritz Life celebration.
At La Pizza & La Pasta, sit on the outdoor patio and sip such goodies as the Pompello, with Casamigos blanco, ruby grapefruit syrup, Fever-Tree grapefruit soda, lemon and prosecco. Toscana Ristorante & Bar joins Remy VSOP, Pallini limoncello, Lambrusco (a sparkling red wine) and lemon in the Monarca, and Sipsmith Strawberry Smash gin, vermouth, Fever-Tree elderflower tonic and Sparkling Rosato in the Donna (pictured), while at the Gran Caffé Milano Bar, the Botanico features The Botanist gin, Ramazzotti Rosato, grapefruit juice and Fever-Tree cucumber tonic.
