A longtime Salem Italian restaurant is joining forces with one of the city's newest hotels. Gamberetti's Italian Restaurant is moving from its location at Pringle Park Plaza, but it won't be going far. "After 15 unforgettable years — starting on Fairgrounds Road and currently on High Street — we’re officially opening our next chapter inside the beautiful Holman Riverfront Park Hotel in downtown Salem on June 2nd!".
Their last day of service at 325 High St. SE will be May 31. The restaurant will resume service the next day at 195 Commercial St. SE. Gamberetti's owners said the restaurant has always been about community, comfort and great food.
